ONOC’s policy leading towards Tokyo 2020 is to cease administration funding support to regional federations.
Rather ONOC will support individual athletes and, where relevant, teams who show potential for qualifying and who have not received support from their NOCs via Olympic Scholarships or similar programs.
Also ONOC can consider support for Regional High Performance Training Centers where these exist.
ONOC’s annual budget for the Toward Tokyo 2020 program is US$100,000.00.
If your sport has athletes or teams that show the potential for qualifying for Tokyo 2020 and who have not received support from their NOCs they could be eligible to apply for this funding from ONOC.
Existing Regional High Performance Training Centers are also eligible.
